The Bitget Blockchain4Youth Virtual Hackathon (in partnership with Foresight Ventures) represents an exciting opportunity for under 30 innovators to showcase their skills and creativity around AI and Blockchain.

The hackathon is part of Bitget's ongoing mission to promote blockchain and AI adoption among young people and inspire the next generation of creators and developers. Millennials account for 46% of crypto enthusiasts and are more familiar with the internet and digital technologies than their more mature counterparts according to a recent research conducted by Bitget. We believe the Gen Z crypto users, who grow up with the increasing adoption of crypto, will be playing a vital role in promoting crypto adoption, and therefore, this hackathon aims to encourage and inspire the backbone of the future world, to create a blockchain future.

Hackathon Problem Statements

There are three exciting problem statements for young innovators to tackle.

Firstly, participants will develop trustless infrastructure for AI using zero-knowledge proofs and zk-SNARKs to ensure secure and private AI networks. Secondly, the challenge is to create an AIGC enchanted Web 3 ecosystem to revolutionize the gaming industry, with a focus on gaming, content generation, and AI-based apps. Lastly, participants will build an AI marketplace that enables secure and transparent exchange of AI algorithms and data, empowering developers and enhancing collaboration across industries.

Prizes

The prizes will be selected based on various criteria, including the impact on and contribution to the blockchain community, creativity, viability for production, and overall design. We believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, which is why we have a special prize exclusively for all-female teams. This special prize aims to encourage and celebrate the achievements of women in the blockchain and technology fields.
